Supervision
Bringing “Super Vision” to your professional practice
Supervision provides a dedicated space to step back, reflect on and develop your professional practice, whether it be coaching, consulting, training and facilitation, client relationships or other areas of professional work.
It is both a learning and a supportive process, offering the opportunity to gain perspective and explore the deeper dimensions of your work: your professional stance, what may be happening beneath the surface, and the patterns that emerge in your professional relationships.
For me, supervision goes beyond professional development. It is a cornerstone of ethical, responsible and effective practice, uncovering blind spots, building awareness of impact and supporting autonomy.
I see supervision as a co-creative partnership between supervisor and supervisee. My approach combines attentive and supportive listening (providing both care and appropriate challenge) with constructive questioning. I also draw on practical and theoretical frameworks to help make sense of situations, explore them from different perspectives and identify new possibilities for practice.

Their experiences in their own words

Alain Churlaud
Professional Coach
“Looking at my own development through the perspective of Karolina, my supervisor, has become a valuable way of strengthening my professionalism and alignment as a coach.
Karolina has been supervising me for several years now. It is a finely tuned and nuanced process: she understands my frame of reference and takes into account what makes me unique, as well as what I do and do not want to bring into my practice and the boundaries I choose to set.
Karolina helps me step back and gain perspective, both on specific situations and on my role as a coach. She enables me to recognise contradictions, notice what I may have overlooked, and acknowledge successes. Together, we get to the heart of what matters and what can genuinely move my practice forward.
I am convinced that this supervision is helping me develop my competence as a coach in a way that remains true to who I am.”

David Leman
Coach for Entrepreneurs and Managers
“I support entrepreneurs and managers, and I have been working with Karolina in group supervision for almost two years.
Beyond my professional commitment to supervision, and the situations I bring to our sessions, what I experience with Karolina reflects what I consider essential in my own practice: genuine presence, the ability to step back and take a broader perspective while accepting the other person’s reality, and deep listening that remains both pragmatic and grounded in action – all combined with a gentle firmness.”
