Co-development

The Power of Collective Intelligence

Co-development* is a learning approach based on collective intelligence. Starting from a real-life professional situation brought by one participant, the group explores the issue, shares different perspectives and co-creates practical ways forward.

Co-development is also a powerful way to embed and sustain learning from training programmes. Through the process, participants strengthen their skills in active listening, powerful questioning and constructive feedback, while developing authenticity, accountability and quality of presence in their interactions.

The richness of the approach lies in each person’s presence, engagement and contribution, creating a shared learning space where individual experience becomes a resource for everyone.

* A methodology developed by Adrien Payette and Claude Champagne. The approach may occasionally be enriched or adapted to best meet the needs of the group and its working context.
